Guinean Young Leaders Initiative seeks to accelerate Guinea's socio-economic and environmental development by providing the most innovative entrepreneurial and ethical leadership education to the country's most talented youths. Achieving this mission requires creating a wide-variety of programs that meet the needs of our students and addresses Guinea's most pressing issues. Current Programs

Emerging Leaders Camp

An intensive one-month entrepreneurial and leadership education program for young guineans of high potential aged 15-25. The Emerging Leaders Camp is our flagship program.

Providing mentorship and guidance to Guinea's high school students who demonstrate high leadership potential for their successful college application. While the program is set for 5 months, the relationship built lasts a lifetime.

Through the SHE IS IN CHARGE Program, we empower Guinea's most promising young girls to dare challenging the status quo and become leaders in STEM, Humanities, Politics and the Arts, areas in which they are much more than underrepresented.
